Ipetronik GmbH (Düsseldorf, Germany) announces the MIP-500, a mobile power station with intelligent energy management for off-grid independent supply of measuring systems in the vehicle sector.

The 12 V lead-fleece high-capacity battery has a capacity of 75 Ah and is used wherever a self-sufficient supply of the measuring technology used is to be ensured. Thus, the product is suitable both for applications in electric and hybrid vehicles as well as in conventional vehicles with internal combustion engines. However, especially in electric and hybrid vehicles, it must be ensured that the measurement technology installed in the test vehicle does not affect vehicle energy management. For this reason, Ipetronik has developed a mobile power station with the MIP-500, which decouples the power supply from the measurement technology from the on-board network. It supports both the stationary AC charging process via the 230V network as well as the vehicle-powered DC charging of the integrated battery.
