With its package height of just 0.65mm and a footprint of 3.2 x 1.5mm, the CM7V-T1A is designed for use in next-generation smart phones and other compact mobile devices. Because of its high reliability, the CM7V-T1A is can also be deployed in space-critical industrial, telecom, navigation and other specialty products. The device is also available for compliance with the AEC-Q200 quality standards for automotive applications. The design of the CM7V-T1A represents an extension of a well-proven family of high-reliable crystals from Micro Crystal.
The tuning fork quartz crystal CM7V-T1A offers a wide temperature range, up to -55 to +125°C, and a high accuracy (down to +/-10ppm), and meets the requirements for many wireless applications. A combination of low aging and very high 5,000g shock and vibration resistance make this device ideal to meet the needs of high-reliable market applications. A proprietary crystal manufacturing process is used to achieve improved electrical characteristics with the highly miniaturized blank size. The CM7V-T1A is RoHS compliant and 100% lead free.
Standard frequency is 32.768 kHz, with other frequencies upon request. For pick-and-place equipment, the parts are available in 12 mm tapes: 7” (178 mm) reel with 1'000/3'000 crystals and 13” (330 mm) reel with 14'000 crystals.
