The optics were designed to ensure an homogeneous light beam (over 90% homogeneity) for minimized light losses and quick and reliable UV curing across a wide range of UV curing applications. The UCUBE has a 35% power efficiency at a working distance of 30cm.
The manufacturer also offers controllers for users to define the time and power of illumination. A single controller can handle power and exposure time for up to six light sources.
